SENIOR QUALITY CONSULTANT

​

LOCATION: Changzhou, China.

​

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT YOUR JOB

​

As a senior quality consultant you will be responsible for assigned projects together with the supplier's quality management team.

We need someone like you to help us in different areas:

​

  • Ensure supplier special processes qualification and support SPQD experts. Corrective measures

  • NCR management support/ensure solutions: containment and correction measures (validation effectiveness, cross-cutting application)

  • The review of production processes and the industrial definition of each part.

  • Improve the production process and professional guidance.

  • Check quality parameters (control, recording and visual management) Monitoring of KPIs and suggested improvements to achieve the objective

EXPERIENCE

​

  • More than 15 years of experience in supplier development and improvement.

  • Quality audit experience (ISO9001, VDA 6.3).

  • Experience in the automotive sector.​

​

EDUCATION​

​

Bachelor's degree in engineering/science.

​

​

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

​

  • Quality management tools: PDCA, Ishikawa, Q-circle, 5M, FMEA, Pareto, MSA, QRQC.

  • Supplier management experience: APQP, PPAP, NCR management.

  • Work for objectives and ability to work as a team.

  • Oral and written ability in English and Chinese.

  • Good communication technique and analytical thinking.

  • Learning ability, good communication.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT YOUR JOB

​

As a senior quality consultant you will be responsible for assigned projects together with the supplier's quality management team.

ELECTROMECHANICAL QUALITY INSPECTOR

​

LOCATION: Taipei, China.

​

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT YOUR JOB

​

As a quality inspector you will be responsible for quality control and inspections in the factory in accordance with customer requirements and related standards.

​

We need someone like you so that, depending on the project director, you can help us in different areas:​​​

 

  • Perform inspection of electromechanical devices.

  • On-site inspection of facilities.

  • Execution of the project inspection report.

  • Presentation of results reports to the project team.

  • Execution of the inspection certificate.

  • Preparation of checklists in accordance with customer requirements and/or quality inspection standards.

  • Work together with the project manager to resolve customer complaints

 

EXPERIENCE

​

  • Minimum 5 years of experience inspecting electromechanical products.

 

EDUCATION​

​

University graduate in science

​

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

​​​

  • Quality management tools :PDCA, Ishikawa, Q-circle, 5M, FMEA, Pareto, MSA, QRQC.
