WHICH IS THE TARGET OF THE DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION?
The inspection during production is carried out when at least the 20% of the products have been completed to ensure that the quality of the products is maintained throughout the production stage and identify the problems and deviations that need corrective actions before the completion of all production.
Advise on the plan of corrective actions and recommendations to be implemented in the production processes in order to guarantee the quality and uniformity of the product lot.
WHICH ARE THE MAIN ITEMS TO CHECK?

PRODUCTION STATUS: quantities of finished products, already packaged and pending; review of production lines capacities, storage method.

PRODUCT INSPECTION: style, color, dimensions, weight, pieces and accessories, manuals, security test, functionality, assembly, reliability, etc.

IDENTIFICATION AND LABELING: logo, barcode, stickers, labels and shipping marks.

LIST OF DEFECTS: List of defects including their criticality and importance.

RECOMMENDATIONS: corrective action plan to be implemented before finish the production, confirmation of the fulfillment of the production plan and in case that have been carried out previous inspections, verification that the initial plan of recommendations and corrective actions has been respected and put into practice correctly .

Random final inspection
Our team confirms that the finished product is in accordance with the specifications and requirements of the client through a random final inspection, that is, with samples selected through defined sampling procedures, when at least 80% of the planned production is completed , packaged and ready for shipping.
Container loading supervision
With 100% of the products ready to be packed, the AQC group inspector ensures that the final product details are correct, that the actual quantity is what is stated in the order and other official documents, and that your products are correctly loaded into the container before shipping.
