Factory audits are used to understand and independently evaluate the suppliers management system at the level of production, quality, environment, working conditions, etc., in comparison with international norms and standards.
They are always necessary if you are working with a supplier for the first time and you want to get up-to-date information on what type of partner you will be dealing with or if you plan to carry out a comprehensive and independent evaluation of a supplier in accordance with the requirements of international quality standards ISO 9001, VDA, TS 16949, AS9100.
